Weight Management

Clinical Nutrition Services

The first step in weight management is understanding good nutrition and the connection between food and mood, cognition, and energy. What we put into our bodies has a direct consequence on how we feel both physically and emotionally, and our nutritional metabolism and overall health are profoundly affected by our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

It is possible to rebalance body chemistry to end food cravings. It is also possible to feel better emotionally without the use of caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, and anti-depressant  or anti-anxiety medication.
